This program focuses on Business Continuity Planning (BCP), testing, maintenance and execution. The combination of different factors that influence the outcome a BCP execution are explained via a real life case study from the time shortly after the March 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. The lessons learned of this BCP case study are relevant to other threats such as cyber attacks, terrorism, fire damage, breakdown of facilities, natural disasters, etc. that surround and affect our business environment.
