Mr. Nishi, Deputy Director of IP Policy Office, METI will talk about the recent revisions to the Unfair Competition Prevention Act that went into affect on July 1st. In order to improve utilization of “data”, which can be an essential resource for company growth, METI revised the UCPA toward the efficient provision and utilization of data. Passport, JP drivers license, Zairyu Card, DoD CAC, DoD Dependent ID, DoD Retired ID, etc. ) for entry. In addition, due to The New Sanno security requirements, passports issued by certain countries require additional documentation and a 30-day lead-time for access.
