Riley Repko brings over 30 years as a business leader, strategist and operator having served as a military officer, a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) within the Department of the U.S. Air Force and in several industry executive positions and on several Boards, both public and private. He has held business leadership roles in International Sales, P&L Management and Business Development with rapid-growth companies that have included: Oracle, Siebel Systems, TRW and most recently with Cisco Systems. From 2011-13 he received a Senior Research Fellowship from Virginia Tech focused on leveraging their $.5B R&D portfolio. His global market experiences include software products and integrated cyber-security and B-to-B solutions and services that span the commercial, government, and international markets, specifically within the Asia-Pacific theatre.
As a trusted technology advisor/strategist and consummate problem-solver, Riley serves as a bridge between technical innovation and critical national security or critical infrastructure security requirements found in either the public or private sectors. He remains well connected within the private sector and with Agencies of the U.S. Government focused on implementing cyber security operations.
As a global and responsive collaborator, Riley focuses on ‘advanced situational awareness’ by effectively vectoring the ‘Seeker’, having an immediate requirement, towards the ‘Solver’, offering the innovative vetted solution. He is a specialist in building advocacy and in information sharing with audiences and stakeholders at all management levels.
In 2006, Riley retired from the military as a decorated senior officer with the U.S. Air Force Reserve. In 2004, his final combat deployment was to Iraq, serving as Vice Wing Commander and Chief of Staff for the 332 AEW (The “Red-Tails”).
