AFCEA Tokyo (東京) TechNet 2017 is the largest AFCEA TechNet conference in Eastern Asia and the Western Pacific. Our primary focal points are twofold:

  • US: military, government, academia, and industry stationed and working in Japan, as well as product sales to the US military
  • JP: military, government, academia, and industry focusing specifically on Japan and selling to the Japanese market

This is an outstanding opportunity for your company to demonstrate its product to a wide variety of attendees. Last year we have over two-thousand people visit Tokyo TechNet, and expect that number to increase this year.

AFCEA Tokyo (東京) is a completely not-for-profit association and requires the assistance of our vendors and sponsors to offset the costs of the TechNet conference so we can then provide scholarships and STEM grants back to the local community. Without this type of support, our organization would be incapable of assisting in the many ways we desire to give back to our US and Japanese families.

We offer a number of sponsorship packages, ranging in price and stature, which largely remain unchanged from previous years. Generally speaking, the following are the basic details of our offerings:

  • Overall TechNet 2017 Sponsor
  • TechNet 2017 Kick-Off Dinner Sponsor
  • Breakfast, Lunch, or Networking Social Sponsors
  • Digital Signage Sponsor
  • Vendor Floor Space: Platinum Vendor, Booth, or Table
  • Provide free training to the community
  • And more …

Tuesday March 7 is the opening day for AFCEA Tokyo (東京) TechNet 2017 and the day we are offering to industry to provide free training to the local community. Is your company is interested in presenting to the community about your latest product offerings, technologies, or specific strategies? We have twelve time-slots available for training beginning at 8:00 and running through 14:00, with two sessions running simultaneously, for your company to present to the community. If you are interested, please contact us ASAP or add it to the additional details if your company is sponsoring AFCEA Tokyo (東京) TechNet 2017.

If you are interested in sponsoring or being a vendor at AFCEA Tokyo (東京) TechNet 2017, we offer the ability to pay for your package online. No need to send credit card details on legacy PDF documents; we no longer accept checks, except in extremely rare circumstances. For our Japanese vendors, we will accept furikomi to our Japanese bank account, but do prefer if you pay via credit card. However, we understand if this is unacceptable and will work with companies on a case-by-case basis for standard Japanese bank-to-bank transfers.
